Work Ethics

Attendance; maintaining good attendance in the workplace is very important. You should make attendance a priority. Be aware of your schedule and what you are expected to do at what time. When one employee is absent from work it affect the entire flow because other employees have to cover the absent employee's shift or job responsibilities. When you have to miss work you should inform your supervisor ahead of time. Attendance not only affect the absent person but the other employees as well.
