Cooperation

Cooperation is being willing to learn from others even when you are in charge. It is also being able to follow the chain of command. Not just being aggressive because you are in charge. It is important to get along with your co-workers and classmates.

A leader creates a vision and influences other people toward achieving that vision. A leader is not a manager, a manager manages people in their job, a leader lead people in a certain direction.
