Respect Work Ethic


 

Respect is due to everyone! Respect deals with legal and ethical issues in the workplace as well as in school. It deals with cultural/racial diversity, and does not engage in harassment of any kind.
         
                                         

Diversity is the difference that makes each person unique. Sometimes we have difficulty accepting others because they are different from us, and we prejudge them without getting to know the real person. Many years ago women were not respected in the workplace because it was thought that a woman should be a housewife, but now with education and training we've earned more respect.

In order to receive respect we must give respect. We should consider other people feelings as wee as our own, and even respect their opinion when it's not the way we think it should be.

    Yes respect crosses all barriers whether man,woman,boy,or girl.We should not prejudge anyone because they are different. Respect is earned,and when it is earned it is quiet an honor.

    So true and the Bible says if we judge others, by the same measure we will be judged.
